MINIMUM LENGTH OF STAY
PAYMENT POLICY
Payments can be made via bank transfer or by credit card.
A 25% deposit is required upon confirmation of your reservation. Full payment is due a minimum of 30 (thirty) days prior to arrival and is required to confirm the booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation, Sila Island Resort must receive a written notice of cancellation from the booker. Bookings cancelled or reduced in number of villas are charged as indicated below:
For cancellations 30 days prior to the reservation, a full refund may be given (Minus bank transfer fees or credit card transaction fees)
Cancellation between 15 – 30 days before arrival: 50% of total booking refundable (Minus bank transfer fees or credit card transaction fees)
Cancellation 14 days before arrival or less: 100% of total booking non-refundable
No refund will be given for no-show or days not used resulting from early check out. The resort cannot be held accountable for any flight delays or cancellations. Any changes to the arrival or departure date on your reservation are subject to the resort’s availability at the time the change is requested and may result in a rate change. To avoid disappointment, we recommend purchasing adequate travel insurance prior to confirming your reservation and accepting the terms and conditions of Sila Island Resort’s cancellation.

FORCE MAJEURE:
We reserve the right to cancel your reservation as a result of an event outside of our control including, but not limited to, acts of God, fire, explosion, flood, storm, earthquake or similar catastrophe, epidemic or quarantine restrictions, communications or computer services, government or government agency regulations, acts of war or terrorism, mechanical breakdown, labor shortages or strikes and/or difficulties. The Resort shall make reasonable endeavors to mitigate and minimize damages due to a Force Majeure event. We will contact you to advise you as soon as possible to re-book your reservation within one (1) calendar year of booking. The Resort shall not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to a Force Majeure event.
