STANDARD PRICING*:
  • Minimum stay of 2 nights
  • Each villa costs PhP30,000++ per night for up to 2 adults
  • Maximum occupancy per villa is 3 adults; or 2 adults and 2 children
  • Additional adult (18+) will be charged PhP7,500++ per night
  • Kids 5 years old and below are free of charge
  • One child between 6 and 11 is free of charge. An additional child in this age bracket will be charged PhP3,750++
  • Any children between the ages of 12 – 17 will be charged PhP7,500++ per night
  • Up to one basic single portable bed with basic mattress may be provided per villa
 
Standard pricing includes:
  • Breakfast (Destination and Experience dining not included)
  • All Sila Island basic activities, such as snorkeling, kayaking, paddle-boarding, and other non-motorized water and beach activities
  • Use of Gym
  • WiFi
  • Daily housekeeping 
  • Access to our Medical Concierge online consulting services in case of sickness or injury
  • Sea transfers from Legazpi Airport to Sila Island Resort and then back to Legazpi Airport after your stay. (Private transfers to/from Masbate, Calbayog and Catarman airports require an additional PhP5,000 per person per transfer for the first two persons of a group and free thereafter)
  • Land transfer from Legazpi and other airports to nearest pick-dup location for sea transfer can be arranged by Sila Island Resort for PhP5,500 – 7,000 per vehicle
 
ALL-INCLUSIVE STAY
Sila Island resorts offers a fully-inclusive experience that makes everything under the sun and stars to you anytime and anywhere.  This fully-inclusive experience has been designed to allow you to stop thinking about the costs of foods, drinks and activities and escape from the confines of everyday life.  
 
All Inclusive Pricing*:
  • Minimum stay of 2 nights and 2 persons
  • Each villa costs PhP50,000++ per night for up to 2 adults
  • Maximum occupancy per villa is 3 adults; or 2 adults and 2 children
  • Additional adult will be charged PhP20,000++ per night.
  • Kids 5 years old and below are free of charge
  • One child between 6 and 11 is free of charge.  An additional child in this age bracket will be charged PhP10,000++.
  • Any children between the ages of 12 – 17 will be charged PhP15,000++ per night.

    All-Inclusive Inclusions:
  • Full board meals: Breakfast, lunch, and clubhouse dinner (Destination and Dining not included; however, persons on all-inclusive plan will get a 20% discount on Destination Dining)  All beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic, except Champagne, premium alcohol and premium wine)
  • Unlimited mini bar (consumable at the resort)
  • All Sila Island basic activities, such as snorkeling, kayaking, paddle-boarding, and other non-motorized water and beach activities
  • Use of Gym
  • WiFi
  • Daily housekeeping
  • Access to our Medical Concierge online consulting services in case of sickness or injury
  • 30 minutes jet skiing per person per day and one scuba fun dive per person every other (2nd) day (Subject to weather and availability. Instructional diving not included)
  • One spa treatment per day (massage, scrubs, bathtub)  
  • Sea transfers from Legazpi Airport to Sila Island Resort and then back to Legazpi Airport after your stay. (Transfers to/from Masbate, Calbayog and Catarman airports require an additional PhP5,000 per person per transfer for the first two persons of a group and free thereafter)

*All accommodation, food and dining and activity costs are subject to 12% Value Added Tax, 10% Service Charge and 1% Environmental Contribution Fee that will be used to helps preserve the local environment and community.

ARRIVING IN SILA ISLAND RESORT
Our partner transport driver representative will be waiting for you at the airport in Legazpi, Masbate, Calbayog or Catarman and will provide assistance. You will be escorted to the nearest seaport where our resort marine team will be waiting on our speedboat or one of our banka boats which beverages, and snacks.  Land & sea transfer length from Legazpi airport will be approximately 2 hours followed by a 30 minute speed boat or 60 minute bangka ride.  (Masbate, Calbayog or Catarman airport have shorter land transfer times, but longer sea transfers). (Timing of any transfer may vary based on road, ocean, and weather conditions)
 
MINIMUM LENGTH OF STAY
A minimum of 2 (two) nights accommodation is standard with the exception of holidays. A minimum of 3 (three) nights accommodation is required during Chinese New Year, Easter (Holy Week), Christmas and New Year seasons. 

PAYMENT POLICY

Payments can be made via bank transfer or by credit card.

A 25% deposit is required upon confirmation of your reservation. Full payment is due a minimum of 30 (thirty) days prior to arrival and is required to confirm the booking. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation, Sila Island Resort must receive a written notice of cancellation from the booker. Bookings cancelled or reduced in number of villas are charged as indicated below:  

For cancellations 30 days prior to the reservation, a full refund may be given (Minus bank transfer fees or credit card transaction fees) 

Cancellation between 15 – 30 days before arrival: 50% of total booking refundable (Minus bank transfer fees or credit card transaction fees)  

Cancellation 14 days before arrival or less: 100% of total booking non-refundable

No refund will be given for no-show or days not used resulting from early check out. The resort cannot be held accountable for any flight delays or cancellations. Any changes to the arrival or departure date on your reservation are subject to the resort’s availability at the time the change is requested and may result in a rate change. To avoid disappointment, we recommend purchasing adequate travel insurance prior to confirming your reservation and accepting the terms and conditions of Sila Island Resort’s cancellation.

FORCE MAJEURE: 

We reserve the right to cancel your reservation as a result of an event outside of our control including, but not limited to, acts of God, fire, explosion, flood, storm, earthquake or similar catastrophe, epidemic or quarantine restrictions, communications or computer services, government or government agency regulations, acts of war or terrorism, mechanical breakdown, labor shortages or strikes and/or difficulties.  The Resort shall make reasonable endeavors to mitigate and minimize damages due to a Force Majeure event. We will contact you to advise you as soon as possible to re-book your reservation within one (1) calendar year of booking.  The Resort shall not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to a Force Majeure event.
