Sila Coast cocktail — refreshing signature drink of Sila Island Resort

Food Sustainability

We cultivate a diverse array of produce in our garden, including tomatoes, papayas, eggplants, spring onions, chili peppers, squash, bananas, coconuts, string beans, Chinese kangkong, cucumbers, radishes, and arugula, alongside herbs like basil, oregano, rosemary, and cilantro. Additionally, we raise pigs and chickens, nourishing them with organic feed and repurposed food waste from our guests and staff. This commitment allows us to grow a significant portion of our food sustainably and locally.
